Gov. What the hell are are you NOT thinking about?

On one of the most treacherous days new England has seen in decades, Governor Patrick stepped up to the plate for working families all over the common wealth and declared a state of emergency. The eruption of gratitude from families who did not have to bear the stress of odds, will my daddy/mommy/husband/wife be the umth percentage of the population that dies in a car crash during a storm on their way to or from work? Eased out of the hearts of the populous in silence but was felt from the safety of home while volunteers combed the streets for those who needed shelter.
Although I am the umth percentage who did pay homage both in word and blog for the courage our Governor mustered to speak like a leader and PREVENT harm from the citizens, even one if he could help it. "Where the unions fall down, and businesses clamor to stay open, our governor stands up." I said on the show that night.

Perhaps he didn't see the headline News in bright red; perhaps he missed the worker on tv news climb out of the hole and talk to the reporter; stuttering from heat stroke claiming he was fine, he needs the work anyway. I'm hoping he is not on a yacht sipping a margarita with his wife; I hope he sees.
Governor Memino in Boston is taking solid steps to protect and preserve whatever he has power over .. and that gives me reason to hope that all is well in the commonwealth through this dangerous time.

Stay cool. Wait it out. Keep your heart rate low while you hydrate. Water Protein salt and potassium. Carry what water you can and share. I pray for our governor's leadership, after all. its my dime and my husband slurring Im fine I'll call you every hour into his phone.

Sometimes its hard to be a friend to others; its part of the unity in community; to see fault in others and embrace them anyway for whatever good you deem they are worth. To be a true friend often means holding your ideas, judgments, wants, needs and priorities to the side for a minute, it means looking past the obvious flaws in another, and accepting them for who they are, where they are, as they are 100%.
Participants of the global movement of collective consciousness often find themselves in massive and eclectic company. Its easy to take things for granted, which I try not to do, so I always say 'thank you for being my friend today' to people who extend themselves, setting aside self if only for a moment. Its good manners to say thank you, and a positive quality to appreciate friendship.
Say it and mean it, "THANK YOU FOR BEING MY FRIEND TODAY" its so easy to say, spreads less germs than a hug, and you dont even have to pay for a postage stamp.

the art of war ...? consider thy enemy ? WTF?

It takes two to have a fight. does that mean, to not fight you get beat up? does it mean you become passive agressive? or manipulative? How will we shift our thinking as we move into the next millenium?

Someone said to me last week, this old phrase Ive been considering for the past several months : "keep your friends close, but your enemies closer".


I have never subscribed to this 'art of war'. I have my own theory that I have lived by and we can consider it here together.

I heard advise from one of my 'brothers in spirit' who is also gnostic, as I. He said that no GENERAL wants to blow up a bridge because you don't want to spend man power re-building it later."

I heard advise from an industry sister who gave details of watching what others are doing so you can 'get ahead of them' and succeed.

Then I opened the door to all and waited to see what happened, for the first time in my life "considering my enemies".



As a young mother I never 'considered my enemies' as far as the pedophiles in the community, I watched my own children. I kept them close and considered our family privacy and connection.
To use my sister's theory, I would have had to take my children to the park where the pedophiles were, and then watched the pedophiles and not so much my children. This art of war does not seem worth my consideration and brings me much less joy than the love of my household did.

I considered the chicken coup and the dreaded fox out back. To maintain the safety of my flock I would be forced to lay wake and guard them, or launch a hunt to destroy the fox. All of which would take my focus off the wily happenings within my hen house. Shall I return to rotten broken eggs and bow legged chicks? Or shall I remove the bridge.

Deleting Jane Doe

Thank you to everyone who gave me the KUDOS on my recent purging; I am glad its given others the courage to do the same.

I revived my long neglected myspace website. As I watched some of my favorite video clips and read some of my favorite quotes, I felt my feathers unruffled and tail unfurl. There was nothing to do but stop and think about what it is that had me tensed over my keyboard for hours upon hours.

A decade a go, when myspace stole my heart I used the platform to connect with like minded people who were there to share, learn, teach, and experience global connections on a personal scale. I was the queen of the 'myspace hoes', and spoke of 'good friends' across the seas in 'real conversations' sharing wisdom from virtual gurus as if they were neighbors to gossip over. As the corporations moved in and sucked out the fun, and 'internet marketers' (I just call them spammers) tried to gain control over passions that happen beneath the roots of the grass in 'grass roots movements'. Once college student only FB came on the scene, the financial interest leveraged what was going on in 'on-line social' arenas and coined the phrase 'social marketing' that leaves a bad taste in the mouth of any serious branding expert. With the ba'gillions of twitter accounts out there we can see how 'deep' these connections go. 140 words or less. Little more than an advertisement.
Not very sociable at all.

Visa Required:

visa is required from most countries to visit India. Foreign students/guests must bring their original passport with a valid visa for India to cover the duration of their stay.

What’s included in the Course fee:

The course fee of 1200 Euro includes all food, lodging, tuition fee, 3 course Manuel, writing books and a pen. Lodging is from 4th Dec to 1st Jan…we will arrange your accommodation.
Course date & Duration:
Yoga teacher training course start on 5th Dec 2010 to 1st Jan 2011. Total duration of course is 4 week, cover 250 hour of education. Weekly one day is free.
