Hello, I hope this note finds you happy and well. Our paths don’t cross as often as I would like. I am curious to know you, about you, and your culture & customs as I am many of my social media and other connections. This interest and curiosity has brought me to draw individuals from 34 countries to my pod cast station.  [IntuitiveLifeNetwork.org & Gemjin.com Radio] 

I would like to create a short series called 20 questions and invite you to participate by answering 20 questions about where you are from in the world. We hope to establish a set of questions that will be the backdrop for the series. We expect each show to be around 30 minutes.

We will open with a brief geography and list of fundamental facts about the region we will be covering.

The continent, the size, land features, proximity, GDP, Population, and other preservation and progressive points that interest the producer/researcher preparing the show. We believe that the benefits of diverse individuals understanding one another on a global scale are invaluable. We open the platform to questions and comments so individuals can have their needs, concerns, and fears addressed.

We have compiled a list of ten question topics and invite you to reply with questions you may want to see included as well as your level of interest in the project.

Two hour Commitment challenge

We are asking you to give a total of two hours of your time; An hour or so of your time in preparation for a taping, and another hour of your time to actually sit down (via skype or telephone) and be interviewed by the host who will use the 20 questions as a base line for the interview.  Friends and family can join our listeners by listening on line, joining the text chat during the taping, and by calling in to ask you specific questions they may have.

While the masses of Americans were being bull horned into conversations about the presidency the Republicans took the House and Senate. As most 'educated' Americans understand, the presidency today is little more than a glorified mascot for the country. The power is in the House and Senate. They are the ones who brought us the Patriot Act, Homeland Security, Privatized prisons, Privatized TSA, Hired Mercenaries, and sent our troops to war without declaring war. They are the ones who charge more in taxes for utilities than we pay for the fuel. They taxed everything we touch and use or earn and buy.

Sitting pretty on his throne at the white house. Formerly a straight C student (did he graduate from college?) who never paid taxes in his life. Be he puppet or pawn lucky troll on the white house lawn.  To eat with dignitaries and shame grace cursing our country and loosing face. What will happen when he grabs the Queen by the p^ssy or gets caught sucking P^tin's d^ck?

Scare tactics threaten to kill a widely supported bill that would fix Massachusetts’ broken public records law, which often leaves the media, good government groups, environmental protection and health care groups and other organizations in the dark.

Executive director Carol Rose sets the record straight in MetroWest Daily, writing:

The proposed fix to the law would bring Massachusetts in line with 47 other states and the federal law by enabling courts to award attorney’s fees to people who are forced to go to court to obtain the public records to which they are already entitled.

The bill, An Act to Improve Public Records, would not change the basic requirements of the law—there’s no new “mandate.” Instead, the bill would require that local bureaucrats obey the existing law. It also would help local city and town clerks do their job by creating incentives for government to bring their departments into the digital age.

Sen Warren AN EYE ON THE PRIZE

 Being a fan of Elizabeth Warren causes me  to bring pause and watch her moves. As I ponder the possibility she may run for president one day soon; her moves interest me even more. She is becoming 'known' and quite popular. Many of us know how that 'changes people' sometimes. She is currently in the Commonwealth of Kentucky supporting Alison Lundergan Grimes who is bidding to replace Kentucky [ financial support Senator Warren is requesting on behalf of Grimes here https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/warrenforgrimes?refcode=20140629em ]
 Mitch McConnell who blocked a bill Senator Warren had introduced to let people refinance their student loans. Senator Warren's fierce hunger for justice is contagious. People have said not to 'kill a fly with a bazooka', but when you need a Bazooka you find an 'Elizabeth Warren'. Are we giving an extra point for being smart enough to enlist our Senator to A.L.Grimes? sure! But we all need to keep an eye what moves Team Warren makes. As we can see from what she has done so far, her moves affect the people who empower her.

Welcome to AMERICA! !!

An amazing event today in Lowell MA. 640 some odd people from 90 countries took the oath of citizenship. The presiding judge wrapped up the excitement with a few brief stories that hit everyone close to the heart. The citizenship ceremony is one that all Americans should witness, if only to remind them of the power that word brings to an individual. I only had my phone but I wish I had more/better video of the entire event for you. Here I will share what I brought back.

When it was over everyone was invited to register to vote!! The greatest privilege of being an American citizen.

what a quest .. I used to be SURE I was a democrat ... We had a DEMOCRACY in our home. I had two girls and two boys and when either group tried to pass a family by-law I was the deciding factor. We voted in such things as "If anyone brings chocolate into the house all females get a first choice taste testing" and things like "Only boys take out the garbage" and to be fair, "Only Girls wash dishes" but later threw in "ONLY boys wash PANS" and Only boys put dishes away"
Yep, I gave my little ones first hand experience on how distorted the things that SEEM FAIR can be when cunning is involved.
Politically, I thought for a long time I was a socialist with such core beleifs as "We ARE our brothers (and sisters') keepers. We are responsible for those in our social circles and society that are unable to take care of themselves. This meant the young, the old and the disabled, but excluded the drug addicts and thieves that destroyed their lives on purpose through decision making.
Yes, politics is a tough one and getting to the core of the new group the "TEA PARTY" I thought oh! This might be it! here are their core beleifs:

1. Illegal aliens are here illegally.
2. Pro-domestic employment is indispensable.
3. A strong military is essential.
4. Special interests must be eliminated.
5. Gun ownership is sacred.
6. Government must be downsized.
7. The national budget must be balanced.
8. Deficit spending must end.
9. Bailout and stimulus plans are illegal.
10. Reducing personal income taxes is a must.
11. Reducing business income taxes is mandatory.
12. Political offices must be available to average citizens.
13. Intrusive government must be stopped.
14. English as our core language is required.
15. Traditional family values are encouraged.

There is no sense investigating beyond the fact that Republicans are greedy war mongers, or that Conservatives are irresponsible and Liberals are contentious, none of which I want to identify with.
I proposed a new political class; a global party who live and walk the balance of fairness, personal responsibility and self-restraint. I look forward to the day when the world government holds the key to freedom and fairness, when everyone rejects both the 'red and blue pills' and lives in the reality of our connectedness to one another. We will call our new party, our new political race HUMAN.

One third of Americans  live within 50 miles of a nuclear reactor. Insurance companies in the United States do not cover property contaminated by nuclear materials. If your house is affected, you could be displaced permanently and lose everything.  
FEMA covers some loss based on certain disasters. The pfd FEMA published here:  http://training.fema.gov/emiweb/is/IS208A/08_SDM_Unit_07_508.pdf states:
"A major disaster, as defined by the Stafford Act, is any natural catastrophe, or regardless of 
cause, any fire, flood, or explosion, which in the determination of the President causes 
damage of sufficient severity and magnitude to warrant major disaster assistance to 
supplement efforts and available resources of States, local government, and disaster relief 
organizations in alleviating the damage, loss, hardship, or suffering caused by the disaster."
Neither expressly including or excluding what I will dub NUCLEAR LOSS.  On page 43 of the article 'natural' and 'man-made' are put into a chart that implys because nuclear loss is man-made it is not covered. The only slight illusion to protection one gets is the minor 'regardless of cause' clause in that one parragraph. Scary isnt it?

Is drama that much more common in black people's lives than white people's

Upriser.com put this photo out and this situation is a perfect example of something very very wrong with America. Some ideology has invaded our souls, conscience, and understanding. 

The first statement I heard from this man on broadcast TV was that when he "saw a pretty little white woman run into the arms of a black man, I knew something was really wrong". 

The fact that he recognized color before any other 'marker' stands out. Did he notice her sreaming and panic and what she was saying to him? Did that not 'red flag' something wrong for him? Is drama that much more common in black people's lives than white peoples that he didnt notice her demeanor? 

In the early part of the this year (2013) a state right here in the USA declaired slavery illegal. Do you find it appauling that a person could live in a state where conscience has no bearing in a relationship between humans? Is anyone else sick of talking about color and minorities?

 In new york the MINORITY was caluclated at 80%. How is that a minority? Why is that old issue still allowed to be an issue? We have more important things to attend to as a society. 

The moral fibre of our country is diplayed every day through the work of our fire fighters, teachers, and city counselman; By the doctors, lawyers and manufacturers in our communities. By turning down the reward this man proves that color has no bearing on the moral fibre of America.

Ahh the power of 'yellow journalism' and  unspoken connotations!! "Reward seeking" implies 'needy', in the negative and those of you who are professional on-line engagers. A news commentary put a label on a broad group of on-liners by describing them as 'lonely' people who need to get a life. We have two whole generations that grew up digitally adept and I wonder: do you take personal offense to the 'older generation' labeling your skill-set and life-style in the negative?


Social network marketing success is imperative to the success of virtual finance and will be for as long as the web is alive and free. It will always grow. In light of that fact, do you wonder how many non-engagers are actually afraid to engage and afraid to leave evidence of their consciousness? Is this not self-doubt and self-loathing at it's finest? If life had a reset button, how many times would it be pushed? If life had a do-over toggle, how many times would that breaker be flipped?


School Security should be up to the principles. Each area is different and no one knows better than the Principle and the PTO what kind of measures need to be taken. We don't need big government in our school security conversations in my opinion. When big government put the no child left behind act, when they cut funding for sports and music, when they began to make generalized decisions that negatively affect generations of children, they make BIG mistakes. Local mistakes stay local.

 Local government isn't perfect. I don't think funding schools with gambling profits from lottery tickets is a grand idea at all, but the local problem has a local solution and THAT works for me.

There are some who are determined to undermine, and it is sickening. This Cahill Crucifixion happening in Mass is such an injustice. Not only is it costly and embarrassing to the state, its a sham! To take the side of who ever instigated the prosecution  is a blind choice. If anyone was interested in the finances of the state they would be running it better on all levels. (ie the street lights on all day at locations noted in previous posts) and prosecuting clear irrevocable mistakes other leaders have made. I cant believe that no one was held accountable for the big dig scam to cruelly strap tax payers finances. We are still paying that bill here and not the designer (who immediately left the country and has no interest in the longevity of the structure) but they complain about a well thought out and timely advertising campaign? 
Tim Cahill made sure there were winners for games and profits for the state. He over saw the manufacture of all the teams, processes and programs that made the state lottery work That is huge. The question is did he deserve recognition for his success? Yes. They gave us someone we could believe in who was capable when they hired Tim Cahill. If we have an opportunity to elect him for another state position I would vote for him. He did what he said he would do. Crucifying the people with integrity for having it is a horrible societal current these days. Who is in charge here?

On Tuesday, the jury acquitted Cahill's former campaign manager, Scott Campbell, but did not reach a verdict on the same conspiracy charges against Cahill. 

Jurors are scheduled to resume deliberations Wednesday morning. 

Both men were charged with scheming to use $1. 5 million in advertising for the state lottery to boost Cahill's 2010 independent gubernatorial bid. " 

Calling it a corruption trial is manipulative. It is alleged unfair-leveraging to say it accurately in English. My real question is, Who is in power, that has so much power, to be vengefully seeking the crucifixion of his competitor. THAT is the person we need to keep out of office. Where are the REAL journalists? I remember when they were the pillars, the leaders, the heroes.

Gone but not forgotten. 

Last spring I was preparing an event called Glycagon Rescue.( Those connected to my pages will remember it  I put so many banners out in my excitement.) Daniel Ouilette and Chuck Williams came out to perform for us, and I got some valuable autographs to auction off for diabetics management/awareness programs. As I was 'working the list' and creating connections with people for the event I came across familiar names; they were friends of a friend. I remembered our mutual friend that had passed away often. The fact that these people, who my friend had held in high esteem did not remember him, was to me, heartbreaking.  

I thought, is that what happens when you die? Life goes on and people forget about you? There are so many people in my friends list on my profiles that have passed away. I still wish them happy birthday and a happy holiday on their pages. They were mostly people I held in high esteem or greatly respected for some reason. A great magical person I knew from wales once called me on skype to say that 'only people who have integrity can stand with you.' spirit told him to call me, of all the people in the world I was on his heart, just days before he passed away. So sure, sometimes there are valuable insights to the soul that cause us to remember those that have passed through the veil; but at other times the fleeting moments of a spark passing its light, more often even, They are forgotten too quickly. There is something to be said for the ancestors of old who taught reverence for the dead, respect for the ancestors, acknowledged of their existence. They guide us through the night in our dreams. Listen for them, and remember to remember them. In them, you will find strength that wont soon be forgotten. We don't have to become aware alone. As for me, I will remember those that are not forgotten, even the ones without a social site page.

the good old days revived by a team

Remember the good old days? Eating your Wheaties and admiring Bruce Jenner on the box, running to school imagining the day you would run like a pro? Throwing the football in the back yard with the neighborhood kids and fighting over who was going to be Terry Bradshaw? The days when women baked pies and men held open doors? We thought those days were dead and buried  the memories preserved as if cryonic in our hearts.

The Kansas city chiefs have stepped up remind us of what football heroes and legends are made of.  According to NFL Ian Rapport, the sole survivor of a family tragedy, baby Zoey, will be well provided for by her father's team mates. Zoey's guardian or her estate will receive $108,000 a year through her infancy to cover all pediatric medical expenses. When she is 5, she will receive $48,000, then $52,000 a year until she is 18 or 23, depending on if she goes to college.

God always finds a way to use these life shockers to renew the minds and hearts. Even though Belcher shot Perkins, leaving their only daughter a martyr of the times, the renewed hope and faith in those we hold in high esteem sheds light on the goodness of mankind. Very American of you boys to step up to the plate. I hope you show up at her birthday parties and tell stories of what strong and noble stock she comes from. America is watching; shine on you brilliant heroes, shine!

PALESTINE: Believe with us.

To keep anyone interested, that might  get confused in the near future, try to understand. The over-stressed, uneducated, thirsted and hungry people of Palestine, who can not go from one city to another for supplies, who have no police, and no military, no governors, no judges, no rights, no understanding or teachings but that of the KORAN, believe from the teachings that it is a terrible sin against God and against their loved ones to look upon their dead body or cry upon it. They bury their dead within hours for their belief and available teachings. Stressed and angry and insulted, I implore the people of PALESTINE and their 'block leaders' or 'gang lords' to not react. Know that the world is watching. Our science is more advanced and we rely on it more than religion; but like religion it is TRUTH for us. Rand Paul attempts to restore the 6th Amendment

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) is widely considered a potential candidate for president in 2016. That speculation was fueled by Paul’s statement last week that he would not rule out running in 2016.

He is attempting to filibuster Defense funding unless he gets a vote on an amendment that would curtail indefinite detention of American citizens held without charge. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) wants to allow an open amendment process to the Defense authorization bill.

Reid could have allowed a Defense authorization bill to pass before the November elections, but he was afraid that Republicans would use it as an opportunity to discuss the pending cuts to Defense mandated by the Democrats who are working hard to bring minimum wage up to date with the economic strains on American families.
Prison Planet reported Benjamin Wittes of Lawfare blog reports that a source sent him a copy of an e-mail “apparently from Senator Rand Paul’s office” meant for Republican Senate legislative directors regarding an amendment Paul may propose to this year’s version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). According to the text of the e-mail, the Paul amendment would curtail the president’s power to indefinitely detain American citizens granted under provisions of last year’s law.

As your boss is considering the amendment, I wanted to point out that the language of the amendment is derived from the 6th Amendment to the US Constitution (http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/bill_of_rights_transcript.html), and we would ask that your boss support the 6th Amendment rights of American citizens.


Text of proposed Paul amendment:


A citizen of the United States captured or arrested in the United States and detained by the Armed Forces of the United States pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40) shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Afraid? ... Me? .. Buahahahha!!!

To those well-intentioned friends that are asking, "Lucy aren't you afraid of the 'patriot act" aren't you afraid to make and post these? " NO! I say, greater men than Romney who loved me and YOU were afraid for us. My Father was when he stormed the beach at Normandy  my uncle was when he was in Korea, my friends were when they hid in the jungle of Cambodia and Vietnam. Afraid of my country? no. And dont you be either. Scores of men and women died so you DONT have to be afraid.
